Lotus 2022 (carried forward from 2021)
The event will be held over seven days from the 1st of October to the 7th of October, along the following lines:
Saturday the 1st meet in Melbourne for an overnight on the Spirit of Tasmania.
Sunday morning, breakfast in Devenport before getting stuck into the tour proper with a run to Strahan where we'll overnight.
The following day it's off to Hobart, which will be our base for two nights of touring, exploring and activities before transferring to Launceston for the same. On Friday the 7th we'll head back to the Spirit of Tasmania and begin making our way home.
A tour book with ideas, restaurants and routes to explore from each of our hubs. A celebratory dinner will be held on one evening along with a breakfast or two. The rest is open to enjoy as you wish.
A budget of $2,500 per car twin share for the tour, which will cover a return trip on the ferry, accommodation for each night, the celebratory dinner, breakfast on the first morning and some commemorative items.
If that sounds like fun, a refundable $200 deposit is required to begin making bookings and setting things in stone. A limit on how many cars can attend has been set, and presently that is set at 25.
