Club Meeting - Meet Robert Lenghaus Ex Lotus

This club night will be held at the Skinny Dog Hotel (upstairs) from 6.30pm for dinner and 7.30pm presentation to start.

This club night you will be entertained by Robert Lenghaus who is an expert on Automotive Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH).  It may come as a surprise to many Lotus owners that Lotus had employed anyone in NVH, but they did, and he's here to talk to us about his myriad experiences and adventures at Lotus, starting at the end of the Bahar era.

Rob has also worked for Mitsubishi both in Australia and Japan, then spent seven years with Ford Australia before leaving with his family to explore the world. He interviewed with multiple car firms, including Aston Martin, Bentley and McLaren but settled with Lotus. Lotus selection criteria at the time was to see how quickly one could lap their track. Rob was suppose to be working on the "Five Car Plan", "Fuji" Esprit plan, but he will explain what happened to that!

Rob has previously raced his Toyota MR2 in multiple club events in Victoria as well as co-driving a Porsche 911 in the Dutton Rally and Mount Sprint.
