Phillip Island 6 Hour regularity
Sat 31 July and Sun 1st August
LCV has entered a team into this popular annual event. Why not take a drive to PI this weekend and cheer the team on. The aim is to participate as a relay team and drive every lap within 1 second of a nominated time. Drivers lose points for going too fast or too slow.
Members who would like to help with timing and driver changeovers are always welcome.
Usually second Tuesday of the month start ~ 7.30 pm
Club meetings occur usually on the second Tuesday of the month. These are held in person or on Zoom when needed. The in person meetings are held at a business of a motoring nature, or a garage with cars of interest.

10 August Meeting- commencing 7.00pm, at Seat Time Race Solutions
Club member and regular MSCA event participant Keith Marriner is opening up his Carrum Downs race simulator showroom for club members to get some seat time on a Phillip Island simulation. Numbers will be limited to 25 to make sure all get enough seat time. Spectators welcome. Cost subsidised by the club at $15 per participant. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

Early Morning Run
Usually Third Sunday of the month start ~ 8.30 am
Club runs occur usually on the third Sunday of the month following the club meeting. Occasionally the run is on the 4th Sunday when there is a clash with an MSCA event. The start is on the outskirts of Melbourne and we drive through surrounding regional areas, finishing up near a lunch spot.

Want to join the fun?
Have you ever wanted to drive your car to test its limits? MSCA run Sprint Events around Victoria’s racetracks throughout the year, and sometimes in SA. LCV is one of the original supporters of MSCA and we now see 10 – 20 Lotus’ at events through the year. No experience necessary, other club members will show you the ropes and how to participate safely. All you need is a fire extinguisher fitted to your car, a crash helmet and an easily arranged CAMS licence.
